Lacy Post (she/her) is a theatre director, performer, and teaching artist. Her work questions assumptions and embraces the complexities of the human experience. She is passionate about removing barriers to artistic exposure and making art that is cheap and accessible. Puppets help.

She is the founder of Post Haus Presents, producing theatre + live performance in weirdo spaces across Northwest Arkansas. She co-runs Live From the Liars Table, a storytelling series paring local actors and writers.

Based in Fayetteville, Arkansas, Lacy lives with Tennessee Williams the dog, an Ozark Holler mutt. She was formerly based in Brooklyn, New York, where she worked as a director, performer, and production manager with a focus on experimental / devised theatre.

Lacy was a 2023 recipient of the Mid-America Arts Alliance Artist 360 Practicing Artist grant. She holds an MFA in theatre directing from the University of Arkansas, and a BA in theatre from Bard College.
